	Without doubt, ECARES is one of the top research centers in applied economics in Europe. As a doctoral student, I developed a keen understanding of what are the relevant questions in economics and what is a good way to think about them. My advisors were not only among Europe’s, but the world’s best economists. This learning experience remains invaluable until today. I make sure to stop by at least once a year.
